Lent reveals to us that no matter where we find ourselves, including death, God can find us and any place can be a place of resurrection. No matter where we are, because of Jesus, we realize that God finds us and more importantly, we can find God. All are invited to join Westminster this Lenten season, as we firmly plant ourselves to God through the cross of Christ.

"Love Builds Up" Lenten Family Devotional

The "Love Builds Up" Family Devotional is the perfect way for families of all shapes and sizes to strengthen spiritual muscles and emotional health during Lent. We could all use a little training - and a little practice! Here's the challenge: For each of the six weeks of Lent, spend some time at the beginning of the week (Sunday night, maybe?) reading that week's Bible passage together. Talk as a family about the suggested topic, using the devotional's optional conversation prompts if you like. Commit to taking on an action or practice for that week - and then just watch as the Realm of God fills, strengthens, and beautifies your house and the world!

Print devotionals will be available to pick up on Sunday mornings after each worship service and at Wednesday Food and Fellowship. Click here to obtain a copy of the "Love Builds Up" Family Devotional booklet.

Lenten Worship Services

Sundays, February 22 - April 2
8:30, 9:45 & 11:00 a.m.

Of all the liturgical seasons, Lent is the one that covers the breadth of places where we live a considerable portion of our lives. We might be banished in a wilderness of temptations, revel in mountaintops of shining brilliance, or exile ourselves far from home. Scripture speaks to all of these physical places and even the place we call home. Join us for this Lenten sermon series where we will firmly plant ourselves to God through the cross of Christ. More details about worship at Westminster here.
