Six million children under the age of 5 die every year because of hunger.

Hunger and malnutrition remain the biggest risk to health around the world, more than AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria combined.

Volunteer now to help package meals for hungry children around the world. We will be assembling small meal packets containing rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables, and a flavoring mix including 21 essential vitamins and minerals for Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief agency.

We need over 300 volunteers to make this one-day event a success. All ages are welcome. There is something for everyone.

Invite your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join you. Rise Against Hunger's meal packaging program is a fun, hands-on, international mission project for everyone that encourages team building and provides the opportunity to have an exponential and sustainable international impact without leaving our area.

Childcare is available for children under 3 years old by reservation only. Please contact Robin Pyles at pyles@westminster-church.org.
