Greeter Team

SUNDAY MORNING GREETER

Warmly greets people coming to worship on Sunday morning. Families often serve together as greeters. Anyone with a desire to convey the hospitality of the family of God to each person attending worship can be a greeter. Time required: 20 minutes before worship at 8:30 am and 11:00 am worship services. Skills needed: A warm smile and a love of Westminster.

QUARTERLY TEAM CAPTAIN

Recruits 2 to 4 greeters for each service on Sunday morning. Works to include new members and others who have not greeted. Provides directions to greeters. Three month renewable commitment. Time required: 2 to 3 hours.

SUNDAY GREETER COORDINATOR

Sets up quarterly team captains and a back-up captain to recruit greeters for both 8:30 am and 11:00 am worship services. Maintains list of enthusiastic greeters; orders name badges for greeters; communicates with greeter captains. Attends Worship Team Meeting. Organizational skills helpful. Time required: 4 to 6 hours per month.
