Yoga4cancer (y4c) is a research based, specialized yoga methodology addressing the specific physical and emotional needs left by cancer and its treatments.

These classes are not one-size-fits-all, nor simply a gentle yoga class. All y4c instructors have received advanced training and are sensitive to your concerns as a post-operative patient or someone currently undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments. Classes are excellent for all levels, including beginners.
