Our Mission Statement
Children's Ministry at Westminster Church is committed to helping families build a foundation of faith in Jesus Christ for children birth through sixth grade. Children are taught through scripture, worship, outreach to others, prayer and Christian example.
We believe it is important that the Children's Ministry Department focus on eight critical areas of Christian living. Children are taught in Bible knowledge and use, fellowship, prayer, service and mission, tithing/giving, virtuous behavior, witnessing/evangelism and worship.
Classes for Children
Summer Sunday School
The rooms for Summer Sunday School are:
Pre-K – Kindergarten Room 125
First & Second Grade Room 127
Children in third through sixth grade are invited to worship with their families.
Please contact Debb Egli if you would like to teach or help with summer Sunday School.
Nursery - Room 239
Nursery care is provided from 8:30 a.m. through 12:00 noon.
JAM
JAM meets every Wednesday in Room 257 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. All students in the 5th and 6th are invited to join us. JAM offers opportunities for fun, fellowship and faith as students participate in Bible study, discussion, games, activities, mission projects and more. On first Fridays of each month, JAM will also celebrate “First Fridays” from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with games in the WROC, followed by snacks and movies in the youth wing.
JAM has ended for this school year and will resume in the fall.
Children's Choirs
Children's Choirs meets Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

- Jr. Choir (Grades 3rd – 6th ) Room 268
